Playing with perceptions, Suhani's silverware takes established silhouettes and imagines them in surprising yet entirely user-friendly shapes. Gravity defying platters curve and curl like catamarans meandering on water, bowls carved with scaled architectural grids turn traditional concepts of containment on their head, puzzling geometrical shapes become disarmingly simple plates when assimilated together.

Intelligence and wit, perceptivity and cleverness - quintessential Suhani ethos takes traditional concepts of silverware and turns them into objects of art. Suhani's intrinsic design language flows into her silverware effortlessly. The sinuous forms and shapes, the seductive twists and turns of metal that force the eye to follow, and the tactile surfaces with their many textures and lines, remain central. Her transforming vision however, takes traditional silver hollow ware such as platters, bowls, containers and moves them beyond the realm of functional. Innovative design concepts transform her silver ware into unmistakable statements.
